All classes are free and are taught in English and Spanish.

Topics discussed include: *budgeting*, *credit*, *the role of the Realtor*, *the loan process*, *the home inspection*,*going to settlement.*

• You need to attend only one class.
• VHDA certificates will issued upon successful completion of the class.
• Please arrive early or on time. You must attend the entire class to receive a certificate.
• Please do not bring small children to the class. We are not able to provide babysitting.
• Light lunch provided.
